Early Childhood Educator Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an In Home Care (IHC) Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early education and care to children aged 0-12 years old within their family home.
This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families. You will be responsible for planning and delivering play-based learning programs that cater to the individual needs and interests of each child.
Our IHC Educators work with families across various locations, including Blackstone Heights, Newstead, Pawleena, St Leonards, Kings Meadow, and Trevallyn. You will have the flexibility to choose from a range of available shifts to suit your schedule and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality early education and care programs for children aged 0-12 years old
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and other stakeholders
* Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
* Attend training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification
* Current certifications for First Aid, CPR, Working with Children Check, Police Check, and Public Liability Insurance
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A commitment to providing high-quality early education and care
