About the Position
In this newly created position reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will join an innovative and dynamic team who are committed to contributing to the strategic growth and patient care philosophy of PRP. With a focus on the Hunter region, you will engage with a wide variety of stakeholders providing advice, guidance and coaching on a diverse range of HR topics to support leaders with achieving the strategic goals of PRP. This position requires an individual who is passionate about business partnering and uplifting the capability of our leaders.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation by delivering various change programs and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, teamwork and commitment. You will apply a continuous improvement approach identifying opportunities to implement initiatives and promote a positive work culture and safety awareness through clear communication, accessible documentation and compliance.
About You
You will be an experienced HR Business Partner, who is driven by engaging and developing people focused solutions supporting leaders to uplift the capability of our team. You must have outstanding influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance and advice. You will be a gifted communicator, who thrives on the opportunity to work autonomously, within a supportive environment. You will strive to be a Trusted Advisor and be looking for an opportunity where you can directly contribute to the overall success of an organisation.
