About the role Poles and Holes' is seeking a skilled and experienced MR Crane truck driver to join our team in Capalaba, Queensland. This is a casual position, offering the flexibility to fit your work-life balance. As an MR Crane truck driver, you will play a key role in the transportation and delivery of builder's power poles and portaloos across the region.
What you'll be doing
* Safely operate an MR Crane truck to transport and deliver temporary power poles and portaloos
* Load and unload the truck using the onboard crane as required
* Crane operator training will be provided for this position
* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy
* Maintain accurate records of deliveries and job completion
* Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients
* Comply with all relevant road transport regulations and safety requirements
What we're looking for
* Valid MR class driver's licence
* Experience operating an MR Crane truck or similar heavy vehicle
* Minimum 1 year experience operating MR Crane trucks is required
* Strong knowledge of road transport regulations and safety practices
* Excellent driving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Australian citizenship is required for this position
