Our client, a global organisation based in Brisbane's Southside are a renowned name within the industry when it comes to the manufacture and supply of their high end range of product that they supply into a number of different industries such as defence, mining, automotive, transport, commercial and civil construction industries.
**Customer Service / Data Entry Officer** based out of our client's location in Brisbane's Southside on a temporary basis.
Key points of interest of the role include:
- Ensure customer needs are known by taking detailed and accurate information
- Data entry
- Provide accurate and timely customer quotes and confirmations
- Establish and maintain performance standards
- Develop detailed knowledge of products and inventory systems
- Investigate and resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient way
- Accurate entry of purchase orders in ERP
- Liaise with Operations staff to ensure that delivery will be on time and to manage customer expectations regarding delivery

- Good ability to use Microsoft Office or similar software
- Ability to problem solve to meet customer needs
