Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support for customers across Australia, including both BAU and project work
* Work closely with stakeholders to resolve issues and implement solutions
Requirements
* Strong experience in SCCM and Intune, including administration, configuration, and security packaging
* Experience supporting Microsoft Office, Windows, SharePoint, and AWS
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience migrating from SCCM to Intune
* Microsoft certifications
* Level 2 support experience
