Job Title: Sales Expert for Commercial Properties
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our commercial property sales team in the Greater Bendigo region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, listing, and selling commercial properties across the area.
Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Source and list commercial properties for sale or lease.
* Negotiate property transactions from start to finish.
* Conduct site inspections and other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing commercial properties.
* Deliver market knowledge and advice to clients.
Requirements:
* You are a natural hunter with excellent communication skills.
* You have experience in B2B sales and a commercially astute approach.
* You are an entrepreneur at heart with a willingness to learn and grow.
* You hold a current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate.
