About YouYou are a digital native who knows (and makes) great content. You are creative and results-driven - you have big ideas and know how to make them happen. You don't just follow trends; you anticipate them. You are a quick thinker, who makes killer reels, and you know IG, TikTok and the rest of the social universe inside out. You have no problems bridging the gap between high-level creative strategy and the hands-on execution of premium assets - you have a great eye for design, and are well-versed in Canva.
You have a passion for beauty and skincare, you have an innate ability to connect with a diverse audience and a keen understanding of what makes a brand stand out in a crowded market. You are a superstar in Canva and have a sophisticated eye for design. From high-fidelity IG Stories to sleek in-clinic digital assets, you create content that looks like it belongs on a global stage. You are fast, nimble and obsessed with the details.You have a way with words - captions are as easy-write for you, and you know all the lingo. You know that in a fast-paced environment, the best ideas are the ones that move from a brain-dump to a high-fidelity Reel in 24 hours.You are social-first in all that you do - you live on TikTok and IG, but you look at them through a brand-building lens. You’ll be working on the creative conceptualisation for launches, partnerships and daily storytelling, ensuring every touchpoint feels elevated and intentional.You have excellent communication skills and can juggle multiple projects without ever losing sight of the brand voice. Paid social / Meta experience is (a huge) plus. Shopify experience is also (a huge) plus.

Content Creation Work with our Head of Marketing to ideate and execute a content strategy that aligns with brand objectives and target demographic.Create and schedule a solid roster of strategic always-on content across Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, etc. This includes content, captions and design. Ensure consistent messaging and audience engagement.Lead user-generated content (UGC) to reinforce brand authenticity and engagement.Craft and refine copy to maintain brand coherence across all social media channels.Develop/brief visual assets as needed. Collaborate with the digital advertising team to conceptualise and create impactful advertisements, regularly reassessing strategies for optimisation.Oversee and report on all social presence and engagement.Remain current with industry trends and best practices in digital content creation and social media marketing.
Social-led Brand Partnerships:Create and foster relationships with local brands to explore partnership opportunities and expand brand reach.Collaborate with well-known brands in correlating industries to enhance brand visibility and credibility.Manage giveaways and collaborations: Organise giveaways and collaborations with other businesses to drive engagement.Support and execute local area marketing plans: Develop comprehensive marketing plans tailored to each clinic's local area, leveraging partnerships and community engagement for maximum impact.
Website + Email Marketing:Create engaging blog content: collaborate with the marketing team to produce compelling blog content that aligns with the marketing calendar and resonates with the target audience.Assist the Head of Marketing to create EDMs
Marketing Strategy and Planning:Work with our Head of Marketing to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing calendar across digital and in-clinic channels, including key events and dates. Support all marketing reporting, as directed by our Head of Marketing.
PR:Assist the Head of Marketing to manage internal PR at The Skin Bar, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation.Help manage guest lists and invite influencers for in-clinic events.Liaise and manage influencers: Establish and maintain relationships with influencers, providing direction, setting parameters for collaborations, and ensuring proper storage and usage of content.
Brand Image:Conceptualise new brand ideas: Generate creative concepts and ideas to evolve and refine the brand image, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives. Support creation of marketing materials: Assist the brand team in creating marketing materials, such as advertisements, brochures, and social media assets, to maintain brand consistency and quality.
