Job Description
This role is responsible for overseeing HR practices locally for Australia locations and providing leadership to other small APAC sites in the region. The Manager, Human Resources will plan, direct, and coordinate HR activities to maximize the potential of human resources within the region.

* Lead recruitment efforts for the region, ensuring effective use of established company processes, practices, and tools from initial posting of vacant roles to new hire onboarding.
* Research best practices in recruitment and implement changes as required to ensure top-notch recruitment practices across the APAC sites.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in a human resources leadership role.
* Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, social sciences, or relevant work experience in related fields.
* 3+ years of experience leading recruiting efforts, international recruiting knowledge a plus.
* Human resources certification completion a plus.
* Broad knowledge of best practices, strategic planning, and relevant legislation in the APAC region.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and related applications.
* HRIS experience, ADP a plus.
* Excellent project management, leadership skills, mentoring, coaching, employee training, development, and performance management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, planning, and change management skills.
* Critical thinking, problem analysis, and problem-solving.
* Information and data management and reporting.
* Strong team player.
