About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Administration Officer to provide high-quality administrative support to the Menopause Service at The Royal Hospital for Women. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing reception and clerical services, including clinic administration, patient enquiries, billing processes, and secretarial support for key clinicians. They will also assist with the development and improvement of the service.

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality administrative support to the Menopause Service.

Requirements
* Diploma or certificate in business administration or a related field.
