Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of the residential service.
* Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory frameworks.

About You
* Minimum 2+ years in Residential Service Management or equivalent experience.
* Registered Nurse AHPRA registration (Required).
* NDIS Workers Check (Required).
* Full Working Rights in Australia.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Proven experience in care governance, compliance, and financial management.
