Site Administrator Job Description

As a site administrator, you will oversee daily site operations, ensuring consistent operational standards. Your responsibilities will include onboarding, mobilisation, and compliance management.

The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in software such as INX, SAP, and Pronto.


About the Role

* Oversee daily site operations to maintain consistent standards
* Manage site manning, rosters, and accommodation logistics
* Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy


Required Skills and Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years' experience in site administration within mining, construction, or resources
* Strong coordination and organisational skills
* Proficient in INX (including InFlight), SAP, and Pronto
* Demonstrated experience in site manning and roster management

Key qualifications for this role include:

* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work effectively on a FIFO roster
