The Role
Reporting to our Director and working closely with our sales team, the Prospector will focus on lead generation and client engagement to help expand our agency's market presence. You'll be the first point of contact for many potential clients, creating genuine connections and identifying opportunities for appraisals and future listings through a combination of phone calls and door knocking.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively contact homeowners through door knocking, outbound calls, and follow‐ups to introduce Hockingstuart Bankstown and generate new listing opportunities.
* Build and maintain relationships with local homeowners and potential vendors.
* Conduct letterbox drops, database calls, and regular check‐ins to nurture future clients.
* Support sales agents by booking appraisal appointments and qualifying leads.
* Track and report weekly activity.
About You
You are an energetic, people‐focused communicator who thrives on conversation and enjoys building relationships face‐to‐face and over the phone. You're motivated by results, take pride in creating positive first impressions, and have the confidence to engage with homeowners in person.
Requirements
* Current NSW Certificate of Registration.
* Availability to work full‐time, Monday to Friday.
* Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
