We're looking for a friendly, reliable Barista who takes pride in making great coffee and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment. The Role
You'll be responsible for:
* Producing consistently high-quality espresso-based coffee
* Texturing milk to a high standard and pouring clean, consistent latte art (hearts/rosettas)
* Dialling in grinders and maintaining coffee quality throughout service
* Delivering friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-run coffee station
* Working closely with the FOH team during busy trade
What We're Looking For
* Previous barista experience in a busy café environment
* Minimum 1 year of barista experience is required
* Strong milk texturing skills and confident latte art
* Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
* Reliable, punctual, and well presented
* Positive attitude and strong team mindset
* Availability for weekday and/or weekend shifts
* Australian work rights are essential for this position
