About Aero-Refuellers
Aero Refuellers, a division of K & S Freighters, is a leader in the Australian aviation fuels reseller market. The business manages 30 airport fuel sites and delivers bulk fuels across the country. A key component of our work is the support of firefighting aircraft deployed during the summer months across Australia.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and detail orientated Administration officer to support our Finance, Operations and Maintenance teams based in Albury.
Working on site and reporting to the Administration team leader, you will be responsible for providing high quality administrative and financial support, including accounting system management, managing supplier accounts, and internal and external customer service.
You will bring a strong finance background with experience using accounting software, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while managing competing priorities.
You Will
* Provide general clerical and administrative assistance including data entry, preparation of reports, minute taking and ordering of office stationery.
* Complete Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions and operate the inhouse accounting system.
* Deliver strong customer service through personal contact, phone and email communication.
* Managing supplier accounts efficiently and accurately.
* Completing customer invoicing, purchasing and receipting within the inhouse invoicing system.
* Monitor a shared inbox and action tasks efficiently.
* Producing daily sales reports from inhouse system that monitors fuel bowsers.
* Assisting finance team in daily cash receipting process.
* Booking of accommodation for drivers when required.
What You'll Bring
* You will have strong accounting experience including use of software such as SAP/Oracle/MYOB.
* Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience.
* Intermediate to advanced excel knowledge.
* A level head under pressure, an eye for detail and a personality that asks questions.
* A strong work ethic but the ability to have fun and enjoy your teammates too.
