- Coordinating or supporting events, training, cultural programs and more
- Tracking outcomes and supporting compliance requirements

About You
We’re seeking two people: one with project leadership experience, and another with strong coordination skills and a passion to grow.
You may be a fit for the Project Manager role if you bring:
- Proven success managing projects from end to end
- Experience in employment, community, cultural, or education sectors
- Confidence in engaging with Aboriginal communities and government partners
- A passion for working with people, culture, and purpose
You may be a fit for the Project Coordinator role if you bring:
- Experience supporting community projects, events, or services
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A commitment to learning, growth, and building trust
- Interest in employment, youth, tourism, trades, conservation or culture
For both roles, we’re looking for people who demonstrate:
- Deep respect for Aboriginal culture and Country
- Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally safe practice
- A willingness to live and work on Country (we love to offer partner employment)
- A problem-solving mindset, with people at the centre
This isn’t just another job. It’s a career shift — one that allows you to live your values, reconnect with purpose, and grow in a community-first setting.
