Consumer Insights Analyst

We're looking for a Consumer Insights Analyst to join a highly regarded team dedicated to transforming the way consumers engage with fresh produce and sustainable living.
About the Role:
As a Consumer Insights Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering evidence-based insights that inform strategic marketing and communication decisions. Reporting to the Head of Consumer Insights & Capability, you'll work closely with marketing and industry stakeholders to design and deliver research projects, analyse performance, and provide actionable recommendations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an analytical mindset who enjoys working with complex datasets and translating them into clear, compelling narratives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Independently manage continuous data sources such as Nielsen IQ, including agency management and reporting.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of consumer behaviour, usage, attitudes, and retail data.
* Maintain and enhance dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Nielsen Discover.
* Ensure data integrity through rigorous quality control.
* Measure and report on marketing program performance.
* Manage content on the consumer insights portal, including creating engaging summaries and assets.
* Share insights internally and externally, supporting stakeholder engagement.
* Support marketing strategies with insight-driven analysis and category overview reports.
About You:
* A tertiary qualification in Business or a related field.
* 2+ years' experience in consumer or shopper data analysis and reporting.
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Understanding of marketing and category management.
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
* Experience working with grocery or category tracking tools (e.g., Nielsen, Circana, Quantium, Fresh Logic) is highly regarded.
* A proactive mindset and a collaborative approach to team culture.
