Required Skills & Qualifications
Key responsibilities include:
* Executing a consistent call plan in alignment with the national framework, ensuring effective outreach and engagement with key stakeholders.
* Managing and planning contacts and projects through the CRM database to streamline communication and optimize project tracking.
* Leading the execution of both local and national promotional sales initiatives to boost product visibility and sales performance.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
* Ensuring a competent level of technical knowledge of our products and systems, including an ethos of continual learning and self-development.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Ability to communicate effectively with diverse communities, to foster strong relationships and business opportunities.
* Previous experience in business development, with a proven track record of success in a similar industry or product.
* Commercial mindset, with a problem-solving approach to providing effective solutions tailored to client needs.
* Demonstrated success in growing products or services within a sales role.
* Strong proficiency in CRM systems, IT tools, and call planning.
