About the Role
As a Casual Water Polo Coach, you'll work alongside our coaching team to deliver engaging training sessions, support game‐day preparation, and help create a positive and inclusive team environment. This role is ideal for someone with a love for the sport who enjoys mentoring players and building strong team culture.
About You
* Passion for water polo and athlete development
* Experience coaching water polo players of all ages and abilities
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to engage and motivate players of varying ages and abilities
* Reliable, positive, and team‐oriented attitude
* Current Working With Children Check / Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
* First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Availability for before and after‐school training sessions and occasional weekend games
* An understanding of and commitment to child protection and the ethos of an Anglican school
