Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused individual to operate baler machines, manage product wrapping and loading, and support daily site efficiency at our Hemmant facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Forklift license is desirable
* Must be reliable, safety-focused with strong attention to detail
* Ability to wear a P2 mask and perform manual tasks
* A team player with good communication skills
* Able to follow directions and complete general labouring as needed
Tickets & Licenses
* A current Driver's License (required) with own transport
* Forklift License (desirable)
Benefits
* $37.63/hour penalties super (baler operator)
* $42.12/hour penalties super (forklift operator)
* $50.00/hour penalties super (loader operator)
* Overtime paid after 38 hours
* Day shift: 4:45 AM - 1:00 PM
