**Job Description**:
- You, as the _**_Website Specialist_**_, are responsible for the management and maintenance of the COS Australia website including content publishing, user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO), website analytics, and reporting. You will be directing website projects and initiatives to improve functionality and user experience to maximize customer satisfaction and growth in E-Commerce business._
- Drive online selling and day-to-day website operations including publishing website content, updating new products on time and in line with commercial calendar.
- Maintain a high-quality site experience across all devices, optimize UX and conversion rate and always adhering to visual standards and business needs.
- Analyze website performance and user behaviour to improve the overall user experience, increase conversion rates, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with local, regional and global E-Commerce teams for data analysis, SEO, customer experience, and website functionality support.
- Website Maintenance: Ensure website accessibility, functionality, and security through monitoring and coordination with development teams.
- Content Management: Update and manage website content to align with branding, messaging, and optimize for search engine visibility.
- SEO: Optimize the website for search engines through keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building strategies.
- UX Optimization: Conduct A/B testing to optimize content interactions and secure customer relevance by optimizing each landing page. Steer initiatives to improve website functionality, design, and user experience in collaboration with design and development teams.
- Performance Monitoring: Track website metrics such as traffic, bounce rates, conversions, and load times to make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Website Analytics and Reporting: Generate regular reports on website performance, user behavior, and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across marketing, design, IT, and content to gather requirements and coordinate website-related initiatives.

In addition to our values for this role we are also looking for:
- Proven experience in website management and maintenance in an E-Commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Proficiency in website analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and ability to implement on-page optimization strategies.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools for optimizing website content.
- Solid knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and website development processes.
