This role focuses on reviewing financial and operational performance, ensuring credit risk is effectively managed, and maintaining compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:Complete annual Dealer credit reviews, including detailed financial analysis and risk assessment.Review and assess new Dealer credit applicationsComplete annual SME credit reviews and assess new SME credit requestsMonitor ongoing financial and operational performance of Dealer and SME accountsEnsure all credit facilities are administered in line with internal credit policyMaintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and audit requirementsIdentify emerging risks and recommend mitigation strategiesProtect the organization's commercial and financial interestsAttend to all credit administration, reporting, and audit activitiesPrepare clear, accurate, and well‑structured credit submissions and recommendationsMaintain high standards of documentation and record‑keeping
Skills & Experience:Demonstrated experience in commercial credit analysisStrong understanding of financial statements, cash‑flow analysis, and risk assessmentExperience within the dealer finance and/or SME lending environmentKnowledge of the finance and motor industryHigh attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skillsExperience managing dealer networks or asset finance portfoliosFamiliarity with internal credit policies and governance frameworks
