Position Purpose

We're looking for a highly organised, commercially minded communicator to work closely with the Global CEO of Lift Brands (Snap Fitness, Fitness On Demand).

This is not a traditional EA role. This role focuses on communication and coordination, helping drive clear, consistent messaging and better connection across the global network of corporate team, franchisees and partners.

This role plays a key part in improving the clarity, consistency, and impact of CEO communication across the business.

Principle Activities and Duties

* Draft and coordinate regular CEO communications to the global business.
* Gather and consolidate updates from global and regional teams to support weekly and monthly messaging.
* Turn quick inputs (voice notes, bullet points, ideas) into clear, concise internal and external communications.
* Support a consistent communication cadence across the business.
* Assist with preparation for key meetings, presentations and global events.
* Capture and share key updates, wins and insights from across regions.
* Support LinkedIn and external communication activity.
* Improve clarity, consistency and speed of communication from the CEO across the organisation.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

* 2–5 years of experience in a relevant role (e.g. consulting, communications, agency, or similar)
* Strong writing skills and ability to adapt tone quickly
* Commercially aware and able to prioritise what matters
* Highly organised and able to work independently
* Comfortable working at pace with changing priorities
* High ownership mindset and attention to detail
* Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging communication

Additional Notes

* Exposure to global or multi-market businesses is a plus
* Experience supporting senior leaders is desirable
* Must be comfortable working with a globally distributed team (some time zone flexibility may be required)
* Remote role (Australia-based preferred but open for the right candidate)
* Expected 15-20 hours per week
