Months 1–2:
- Structured induction and onboarding with your supervisor and team
- Engage with your mentor suitable to your experience
- Observe sessions across settings
- Encouragement to tailor the role to align with your skillset
- Begin working directly with clients
Months 3–6:
- Manage a caseload (with supervision for grads)
- Weekly coaching & clinical reflection
- Supported outreach travel
- Access CPD allowance for early upskilling
Months 7–12:
- Grow caseload independence
- Participate in team case conferences
- Attend regional in-service events
- Prepare for your first annual development review
