Workshop Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated Workshop Supervisor to join our team.
* Lead a skilled workshop team to achieve project goals and promote a culture of safety, efficiency, and quality.
* Provide guidance and support to ensure minimal delays, informed decision-making, and continuous improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
1. Allocate work and manage resources to optimize productivity targets and quality standards.
2. Oversee roster management and timesheet approvals while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
3. Maintain accurate records and identify areas for process improvements to drive business efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Essential mechanical qualifications and relevant industry experience, preferably in mobile plant maintenance or civil/mining settings.
* Previous supervisory experience, organizational skills, and ability to handle deadlines and conflicting priorities.
* Strong communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal), computer literacy (MS Office), and team management abilities.
