We operate 22 residential aged‐care villages, 20 retirement villages and a range of home and community services across NSW and ACT.
The Role:
As the Aged Care General Manager, you will lead the multi‐disciplinary team to ensure residents receive an exceptional standard of clinical care and excellent operational performance in line with the new Aged Care Standards and organisational objectives. You will oversee the operations of a stunning aged‐care residence in Coffs Harbour, reporting to the Executive Management team and working with External ANACC, Quality, HR & Operations teams. You will also lead a skilled Clinical Care Manager on‐site and a team of experienced aged‐care Registered Nurses at all times.
The Requirements:
* Registered Nurse DIV 1 – AHPRA Registered
* Proven operational leadership skills & experience
* Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of iCare (desirable)
* Understanding of WHS responsibilities, including manual handling principles
* Knowledge of Aged Care Legislation, Accreditation and ANACC
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Valid police check clearance
* Must be eligible to work in Australia
