Key Responsibilities
* Access Control: Manage vehicle and pedestrian entry, ensuring compliance with site security protocols.
* Traffic & Movement Management: Control vehicle flow, intercoms, and parking areas to maintain safe, efficient operations.
* Contractor & Visitor Induction: Ensure all contractors and visitors are inducted and logged into the visitor management system.
* Surveillance & Monitoring: Monitor CCTV systems and alarms, identify vulnerabilities, and maintain perimeter security.
* Patrolling: Conduct internal and external patrols to detect risks and maintain site integrity.
* Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches, escalating as needed.
* Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate daily logs, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
* Compliance & Safety: Enforce WHS standards and site security procedures; report hazards immediately.
* Customer Service: Deliver professional, courteous service while upholding security standards.
Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements
* Current Security Licence
* Current First Aid Certificate
* MSIC or ability to obtain/maintain one
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Professional presentation and understanding of corporate security protocols
* Current valid driver's license
Desirable
* CCTV monitoring and access control system experience
