Senior Office Administrator – Perth
Permanent / Full Time.
This is a dynamic, all‐round Office Administrator position where no two days are the same. Day‐to‐day matters will span from supporting the Company Secretary to contributing to key administrative duties across the business.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate office supply orders including stationery, printing materials and general consumables.
* Provide reception support including answering phones, greeting visitors and managing mail and couriers.
* Assist with administrative services and support queries.
* Advanced word formatting skills.
* High proficiency across MS Office and Microsoft suites.
* Ad‐hoc project work.
Qualifications
* Experience as an Office Administrator, Office Coordinator, Site Administrator with some mining knowledge, and a strong understanding of document formatting.
* Proactive with the opportunity to take ownership and play a key role in shaping a business.
* Sociable and bubbly.
