What They’re Looking For
10+ years of experience in Structural Engineering, with a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
Proven ability to lead small multi‑disciplinary teams on design projects
Experience mentoring and coaching engineering personnel
Strong background in conducting project designs and design reviews
Ability to execute projects and studies on schedule and within budget
Skilled in developing effective and economical designs
Sound knowledge and adherence to company design standards
Thorough understanding of relevant Australian and International standards
Ability to devise practical and economical solutions requiring originality and ingenuity
Extensive experience using and interpreting structural analysis software (specifically SpaceGass and/or Strand)
Robust communication skills with engineers and designers, with a clear understanding of engineering deliverables and design intent
Active engagement in design reviews with clients
Experience forming relationships and liaising with vendors
Proven track record of business development, including finding, securing, and executing studies and projects
Willingness to undertake onsite work, including structural remediation and structural integrity audits
