We're looking for a highly motivated and organised professional to join our team on a part-time basis with potential to full-time. Based in our Tullamarine office, you will be working as part of an experienced, professional and friendly customer service team.
About the Role
* Triage inbound calls for our sales and support teams
* Data input in CRM system
* Processing of sales and installation paperwork as required
* Booking installs and service work with customers

* You will delight customers on every call with your exceptional personality
* Great verbal communicator, experienced in dealing with customers on the phone
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to multi-task and meet deadlines
* Resilient and calm under pressure
* Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
* Able to operate within a team and autonomously
* Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
* Intermediate computer skills
* Experience with CRM software is not essential but will be highly regarded
* Prior experience in the solar industry preferred but not essential
