Key Responsibilities
Channel Sales & Key Account Management
* Manage and grow relationships with reseller and system integration partners.
* Conduct quarterly business reviews and align on joint go-to-market strategies.
* Develop joint customer targeting strategies and tactical initiatives with partners.
* Support and oversee ESL trials and rollouts.
* Lead commercial planning including budgets, timelines, and forecasting.
Marketing, Brand & Lead Generation
* Plan and execute marketing campaigns (email, content, digital PR, social).
* Manage SOLUM's presence at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
* Develop case studies, thought leadership, and co-branded partner campaigns.
* Track and optimise lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
Product Marketing & Category Management
* Maintain updated product marketing tools and resources.
* Enable partners with sales collateral, training, and positioning support.
* Monitor competitors and provide market insights to inform strategy.
* Localise global product messaging for ANZ retail needs.
Targeted Outbound Sales
* Prospect selectively in retail and verticals where partners lack coverage.
* Follow up on inbound leads from campaigns, trade shows, and referrals.
* Collaborate with global teams to deliver tailored proposals and presentations.
Qualifications:
* 15+ years' experience in Channel Sales Management and joint business planning, marketing, and product management, ideally within retail technology, SaaS, or B2B hardware.
* Demonstrated success managing and growing channel/reseller networks.
* Demonstrated success in developing and commercialising joint customer target mapping with key reseller partners.
* Experience in developing joint business plans and collaborative product road maps within B2B Channels
* Proficiency in B2B marketing execution across digital, PR, and event channels.
* Experience with product marketing, including sales collateral, pricing structure, and competitive positioning.
* Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
