Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Participant Support Officer. This is a 12-month, full-time contract providing administrative, clerical, and operational support.
This role may require public contact, where you will provide straightforward advice and assistance to both internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage and resolve participant matters, respond to enquiries, provide information, and refer individuals to appropriate government or community services.
* Provide reception and counter support, assist with self-help kiosks and online services, manage appointments, and ensure accessibility of office facilities.
* Handle the shared team inbox, telephone enquiries, data entry, and maintain accurate records, including complaints and feedback.
* Conduct research and investigations, prepare reports, and assist with correspondence and operational tasks.
