We are currently seeking a proactive and positive Clinic Administrator with a "can-do" attitude to join our friendly team in Maroochydore, QLD. Your Role:
* Full-time position – Monday to Friday
* Be the first point of contact for families seeking support
* Manage appointments for in-clinic and mobile therapists
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure privacy
* Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and web
* Build strong relationships with clients and families
* Handle accounts receivable and NDIS claims
* Support therapists with admin tasks related to therapy
* Ad-hoc admin duties
What You'll Bring:
* Knowledge of NDIS funding and administrative processes (or similar)
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Experience with practice management software, Medicare, and EFTPOS (advantageous)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* A proactive approach to quality improvement
* Required compliance: Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, CPR & First Aid
