The Role
* Manage a warm recruitment desk with existing clients and active vacancies
* Recruit across Production Mining, Transport, Processing, Crushing, Trades, Civil & Village Services
* Source, screen and place candidates across blue‐collar roles
* Confidently engage candidates via phone and face‐to‐face
* Support mobilisation processes, including coordinating pre‐employment medicals and onboarding
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Manage job briefs, interviews and end‐to‐end placements
* Work closely with mobilisation and resourcing support to streamline placements
What We're Looking For
* Recruitment experience OR experience in related fields (mobilisation, admin, sales, account management etc)
* Strong phone and face‐to‐face communication skills
* Confident engaging with people from all backgrounds
* Proactive, professional, and team‐focused
* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced environment
* Motivated with a positive, solution‐focused attitude
