Key Responsibilities and Duties
* Deliver appropriate training, maintain, modify and or develop learning resources, session plans as required.
* Complete voc's for Truck Drivers and following machines:
o Excavators, Front End Loaders, Graders, Telehandlers (It is desirable to have experience doing voc's on all these machinery)
* Submit student results and academic files and update relevant reports/data.
* Analysis of training resources and provide suggestions to the training and/or assessment where applicable.
* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with students and staff.
* Willingness to travel to mine/workshop sites when required.
Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required
* Previous experience gained in a similar position of trainer and assessor within Warehouse andtransport industry.
* Certificate 4 in TAE40116 training and assessment.
* Able to teach any of below:
* o Order picker
* o Cert 3 in Driving operations
* o Cert 3 in Supply Chain Operations.
* Well-developed time management skills and accuracy.
* Self-motivated, highly organised, and detail oriented.
* Good knowledge of MS Power Point, Outlook and MS Word.
