About the Role
* The New Starter Coordinator delivers a supportive onboarding experience for new Youth Workers, ensuring they are well-prepared to take up their roles.
* You will manage recruitment processes, screen candidates, attend interviews, and contribute to recruitment decisions in collaboration with other stakeholders.
