Job Title: Statutory Planning Manager
The Statutory Planning Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the timely, efficient and accurate evaluation and determination of applications.
This position is responsible for leading a dynamic team responsible for Development Assessment, Urban Release Areas and pre-lodgement services within the framework of Statutory Planning.
The successful candidate will drive operational change that aligns with ministerial expectations and respond adeptly to evolving planning reforms.
As an effective leader, you will inspire your team and advocate for continuous improvement practices.
Key responsibilities include addressing customer needs, establishing processes to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies, and driving development outcomes.
