Senior Legal Leader
The role requires a highly experienced legal professional to provide strategic and commercial advice to support the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing comprehensive legal guidance on commercial transactions, risk management and policy development
* Supporting senior leadership with litigation, regulatory compliance, and major business initiatives
* Proactively identifying and mitigating legal and compliance risks
* Delivering training programs for the legal team
The successful candidate will have 12-15+ years PQE experience, ideally in-house. They will possess in-depth knowledge of employment law, litigation, consumer law, commercial and corporate law.
They should have experience working across multiple global markets, excellent communication skills, commercial acumen and strategic thinking. Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in legal practice, preferably in-house
* Strong understanding of IP, employment law, litigation, consumer law, commercial and corporate law
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Commercial acumen and strategic thinking
* Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
