Role Overview:
The Team Lead plays an integral role in the provision of high-quality care to our residents at all times.

Main Responsibilities:
Provide social and emotional support to all residents ensuring that care provision is holistic and person centred.
1. Co-ordinate the care needs of residents across the home, including medication management and nutrition.
2. Support pressure care management as required by residents.
Manage and oversee daily tasks, prioritising efficiency and resident well-being.
