Join our Customer Service team supporting our Masterplanned Residential Sales team and play a pivotal role, utilising your customer service and administrative skills.
We're Looking For…
Someone to support and help prospective homebuyers with their decision-making process and progression towards a new home. A permanent, full-time hybrid role, 8.30am - 5pm, divided between working at our Sydney or Perth based Head Office, project development sites and home.
What You'll Do
* You'll be the friendly voice prospective homebuyers connect with to assist and answer their queries
* Supporting initial sales enquiries via phone and digital channels
* Qualifying and gathering information to pass onto the sales professionals to continue the customers homebuying journey
About You
You enjoy working in a customer service environment, connecting with customers over the phone or online and supporting them with their enquiries and the flexibility to work a rotating 5-day roster, including a Saturday or Sunday, per month, with substitute non-work day during the week.
Experience & Skills That Count
* Experience in a customer-focused, phone-based role
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide audience of people
* Attention to detail and excellent data entry/database management skills
* Great with technology and can pick up new systems - Salesforce is a plus, but other platforms are welcome too
* Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
