Reservation Agent Job Summary
A Reservation Agent is the beginning of an exceptional guest experience, making our guests feel welcome and reflecting the exceptional experience they come to expect when they arrive.
This role involves processing and inputting reservations following hotel policy, promoting and up-selling hotel facilities through strong product knowledge, and maintaining a high level of professionalism to ensure procedures are followed.
The ideal candidate will have a guest-focused personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously.
* Process and input reservations accurately and efficiently, following hotel policy.
* Promote and up-sell hotel facilities through strong product knowledge.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure procedures are followed.
* Maintain procedures related to credit and cash transactions and accounting documentation.
