We are on a mission to redefine customer experience and are seeking a passionate Audio Visual Support Technician to join our AV Team in Coburg.
This role involves delivering exceptional technical support focused on Audio Visual (AV) technology. You will support AV systems, maintain operational excellence, and ensure seamless integration of AV technologies within our IT environment.
You will be part of the AV Team, handling system runups, documentation, service desk requests, troubleshooting, and collaborating with other teams to meet client AV needs both remotely and onsite. Responsibilities
1. Act as a point of contact for AV-related service desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
2. Support AV hardware and software, digital signage, interactive displays, video conferencing, microphones, and speakers.
3. Assist with system runups and configuration before deployment onsite.
4. Help with system documentation and remote management onboarding.
5. Monitor and maintain AV equipment health and performance.
6. Perform updates, testing, and configuration for optimal performance.
7. Create and maintain documentation of systems and changes.
8. Coordinate with vendors for warranty, repairs, and upgrades.
9. Document processes and troubleshooting guides.
10. Provide high-standard customer service during client interactions.
Qualifications
1. Experience in AV support or IT service desk roles, preferably in Managed Services.
2. Knowledge of AV systems, including projectors, video conferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom), interactive displays, sound systems, and control systems.
3. Experience with vendor-specific solutions such as Biamp, Crestron, Logitech, Poly, Samsung, Shure, Yealink.
4. Familiarity with AV integration into IT environments, including networked AV solutions.
5. Remote management and monitoring skills via CT portals.
6. Microsoft Teams Rooms Administration experience and certification.
7. Ability to troubleshoot AV hardware/software issues efficiently.
8. Willingness to take ownership and collaborate on AV challenges.
