Every day, people recovering from injury or illness need support and guidance to take important steps forward. As a Rehabilitation Consultant with Konekt, you'll walk alongside clients as they navigate recovery, return to work – helping them to reconnect with what matters most.
Responsibilities
* Assess clients' rehabilitation needs following injury or illness through physical, ergonomic, psychosocial or functional capacity evaluations (based on your clinical discipline)
* Provide expert advice around work-place modification and the return-to-work process
* Support clients to define meaningful recovery or employment goals, then co-design and deliver tailored rehabilitation plans
* Monitor progress and adjust plans to support sustainable outcomes
* Manage cases end-to-end: coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders from workplaces/employers, healthcare providers, treating practitioners and insurers to achieve a shared goal of recovery and reintegration

What You'll Bring
* Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work
* Registration with AHPRA (Provisional is fine), ASORC (Full membership) or AASW
* Pass a national criminal check, prior to commencing employment
* A WWCC (Working with children check)
* Full Australian working rights
* A driver's licence and willingness to work in different settings (workplaces, client homes, remote-onsite assessments)
* The ability to coordinate across stakeholders
* A collaborative, problem‐solving mindset, accompanied by professionalism and integrity
