The Opportunity:
We are seeking to employee an experienced Heavy Vehicle Sales executive. The Sales executive we seek must have a proven history in sales ideally in heavy truck sales, however, we will consider a high achieving salesperson that is career focused and looking to enter into the commercial vehicle segment. The person we seek must be a motivated team-player, who is not afraid of seeking out new sales opportunities (B2B) and able to work autonomously.
Each day you will have an exciting and innovative product range to sell, starting with the Sway range, The Iconic Acco and the Medium duty Eurocargo models. You will receive ongoing training and career development opportunities coupled with an attractive remuneration package, uncapped commission structure and a range of additional benefits, as well as supportive management team.
Working with a supportive management team and a team of people who have a 'Let's make it happen' attitude, who go over and beyond to meet and exceed our customer's expectations, you too will be inspired and motivated to go that extra mile to meet and exceed your sales targets.
Responsibilities:
* Seek new business opportunities (B2B) whilst handing other forms of incoming sales enquiries.
* Ensure Product and industry knowledge is maintained.
* Maintain CRM (Data) requirements and adhere to company sales process procedures.
* Meet set sales and profitability targets.
* Manage all sales from negotiations through to customer hand over.
* Communicate all activities daily.
Requirements:
* Current QLD sales license
* Proven success in motor industry sales or similar.
* History in canvassing new opportunities (B2B sales).
* Strong negotiating skills
* HR driver license (preferred however can be obtained after employment if not held)
* Proven success in B2B canvassing for leads and opportunities.
* Immaculate professional and personal presentation.
* Exceptional organizational skills and time management
* Experience with a dealership DMS/CRM system (Pentana preferred).
* Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels and with varying stake holders.
* Strong negotiating skills
