We are seeking a suitably experienced individual to join our Financial Services team as Finance Support Officer in a Permanent Full-Time capacity.
As the Finance Support Officer you will ensure that you:
* Maintain efficient administration for timely processing of financial tasks and functions in compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
* Accurately enter and maintain all financial records across a range of finance activities.
* Provide comprehensive operational support to the Financial Services Unit, including backup support for the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Roles.
Key responsibilities include:
* Prepare Bank Reconciliations
* Reconcile Ledgers
* Finance Support
* Taxation
* Assist Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
About You:
To support your success in this role you will have:
* Demonstrated experience and/or general understanding of accounting and finance concepts.
* Demonstrated experience in the use of finance system software.
* Proven ability to apply standard procedures, practices, Acts and Regulations.
* Well-developed skills in using the Microsoft Office suite of products.
* Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
* Highly developed customer service skills.

Salary information: $68,915.17 to $72,524.93 per annum plus superannuation
