Annual Salary: $67,****** + $6.52 per hour + 12% Super + Benefits.

Job Description
What you'll be doing:
Encourage children to grow socially and emotionally while instilling a love of learning.
Collaborate with a close-knit team of educators to create a safe, hygienic and inspiring environment.
Maintain high-quality programs, manage compliance and ensure engagement with children and families.
Leave each shift, knowing that children continue to develop in body, mind, and spirit.
Qualifications
Infectious enthusiasm and passion for early years education and care.
Degree or diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent.
Ability to obtain HLTAID012 (First Aid certificate).
Understanding of the National Quality Framework & National Education & Care Services Regulations ****.
Previous experience in child services and program development for 0-to-5-year-olds.
Capability to obtain a National Police Certificate.
Working with Children card requirement.
