Construction Leadership Role
The key objective of this position is to oversee and direct multiple commercial and industrial projects, focusing on efficient program delivery, high-quality outcomes, and maintaining strict safety standards.
* Support and lead Project and Site Managers across various projects
* Drive quality and safety standards through effective implementation and monitoring
* Develop and enhance the capabilities of site teams through guidance and mentorship
* Maintain high standards in culture, quality, and commercial performance
* Identify potential issues early and implement practical solutions to address them
* Ensure clear communication with senior management regarding project progress, performance, and risks
* Introduce processes and systems to improve operational efficiency
This role requires proven experience in managing commercial and/or industrial construction projects, along with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage competing priorities effectively.
