Childcare Assistant Centre Manager | Kawana Journey Early Learning is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced Assistant Centre Manager to join our Kawana team, providing the highest quality care and education for our children. Centre Overview At Journey Early Learning Kawana, we are a two-building service, that really has that home away from home feeling. About the role As Assistant Centre Manager, your primary focus is to support your Centre Manager and when required step into this role. You will work as part of the Senior Leadership team to ensure the smooth running and efficiency of the centre operations for all our children and their families. Your main responsibilities will include: Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times Work collaboratively with the Centre Manager and Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations Support the running of the Centre including occupancy, ratio management and centre operating expenses. Working collaboratively with the enrolments team and conducting onsite tours Engaging with families and the community and co-ordinate events Roster and social media management Developing strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders About you As the Assistant Centre Manager, you are passionate about childcare, enjoy leading from the front to inspire, mentor, and develop our educators and future leaders.
