About the Role
This is a secure, full-time Monday–Friday role, with optional weekend work available across the branch network.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will:
* Deliver exceptional counter and internal sales service to trade customers
* Build strong relationships with local tradies and national account technicians
* Identify customer needs and help find the right solutions
* Assist with stock management and inventory control
* Support warehouse operations including picking and packing
* Operate a forklift (we'll help you obtain your licence and provide training)
* Maintain a safe, organised workspace in line with WHS standards
What We're Looking For
* A genuine passion for helping customers
* Customer service or retail experience (trade or technical environments highly regarded)
* Strong relationship‐building skills
* A practical mindset and willingness to learn new technical skills
* Confidence communicating with customers and teammates
* A forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one (company funded)
* A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
