About the Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced Occupational Therapist to provide professional leadership, support and advice within Grampians Mental Health & Wellbeing Service. Working closely with Occupational Therapy educators, you will drive workforce development for both Occupational Therapy and broader mental health capabilities, while delivering evidence-based, consumer-focused, multidisciplinary care.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide professional leadership for Occupational Therapy staff, including credentialing and scope of practice oversight.
* Collaborate with the Mental Health Leadership team to develop and implement workforce strategies, including graduate programs and early career development.
* Offer expert advice to internal and external stakeholders on best practice and service delivery.
* Monitor and lead the adoption of developments in Occupational Therapy practice, ensuring evidence-based care and policy alignment.
* Implement and oversee clinical supervision structures and processes in line with GH and professional standards.
* Address any Occupational Therapy practice concerns that do not meet professional or evidence-based standards.

Skills & Experience

* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration.
* Minimum 10 years' post-graduate experience; postgraduate qualifications in clinical practice, leadership, management, or research (or working towards) desirable.
* Extensive leadership and management experience within the health sector, ideally in public health services.
* High-level clinical expertise in assessment, management, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions within Mental Health.
