Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our team in debt recovery matters.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, supervising, and managing people, promoting ongoing professional development and effective performance through mentoring and coaching.
Key Accountabilities:
* Provide high-level technical advice on complex debt recovery matters.
* Identify payment risks to revenue and develop and implement appropriate treatment strategies, debt collection treatments.
* Collect relevant data, evaluate objectives, and prepare timely reports to executives on the delivery of outputs and performance measures.
Requirements:
Leadership and Management Skills
High level interpersonal skills and experience in leading teams in a fast-paced, legislative environment.
A record of success as a leader leading a high number of staff members and demonstrated capacity to collaborate and share resources to meet broader organisational and client needs.
Key Qualifications
A proven track record in leading, managing, and fostering a confident and capable workforce and driving a culture of collaboration and participation.
Client focus achieving high levels of customer satisfaction in an environment with high work value, strict deadlines, and competing client priorities.
